The government has now also established new standards for instructors. The following qualifications are required to become an instructor:
At least 12th grade pass is required.
Five years of driving experience is required.
Extensive knowledge of traffic rules is required.

Stricter Penalties – Driving underage can result in a hefty fine of up to ₹25,000.

How to obtain a driving license under the new rules
If you want to obtain a new license, you must first obtain an official license. You must enroll in a registered driving training institute. After completing the training, you will have to take an exam. Upon passing this exam, you will receive a certificate. Based on this certificate, your license will be issued by the RTO.
You will no longer need to go to the RTO and take a separate driving test. This will save time and make the process more convenient.
